In all of our operations our core values must be used to guide and direct the way we do business.
We require our employees to perform their duties conscientiously, honestly and with due regard for the avoidance of conflicts between any personal financial or commercial interests and their responsibilities to their employer.
In accepting business or entering contracts, employees are expected to observe the highest standards of integrity and to act in the best interests of the Group. Business should not be placed or accepted, or contracts or arrangements entered into, for any improper motive. We are totally opposed to any form of corruption. We will not offer, pay or accept bribes in our dealings in the marketplace and will not tolerate any such activity by our employees.
In dealing with customers, suppliers or intermediaries, employees may not give or receive money or gifts of significant value, which could or could be seen to affect your independence or judgment.
We will promote the application of our principles by those with whom we do business. Their willingness to accept these principles will be an important factor in our decisions to enter into, and remain in, such relationships.
We will maintain high standards of planning and control to identify and monitor material risks, safeguard our assets and to detect and prevent fraud.
We encourage employees to take personal responsibility for ensuring that our conduct complies with our principles. No one will suffer for raising with management, violations of this policy or any legal or ethical concern.
We will monitor ethical performance regularly in order to ensure that corrupt or unethical business practices are eliminated.
